Tell us when you want to share your invitation. We confirm an available studio slot and delivery date before payment. Allow up to 10 working days from complete content and your confirmed start; ask if you need it sooner.
Bespoke & Corporate
Original design and more involved event requirements need a tailored schedule. We confirm your start date, preview milestones and delivery date in the proposal.
Last-minute requests
Tell us your ideal send date. Faster Signature delivery may be available depending on the design, ready-to-use content and studio capacity. We confirm feasibility and any rush fee before you book.
Your send date is when you want guests to receive the link, not the date of the event. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Waiting for content, feedback or approval can move the delivery date; we will agree any revised date with you.

Choose an occasion and preview your names, date and venue. Send the brief when you’re ready; collection bookings do not require a call.
We confirm scope, price and a send date in writing. Approve the proposal and pay the booking invoice to reserve your studio slot.
We complete the wording, artwork and RSVP setup. Check your private phone preview, with two consolidated refinement rounds included.
After approval and the balance payment, we publish your link and provide your private portal access. Check and export replies whenever you need them.

We can help with your brief by email or on an optional call. To begin production, we need:
One person gathers feedback into each revision round. That keeps decisions clear and helps protect your send date.
Booking & payment
We confirm the scope, total price and dates in writing. A 50% booking payment reserves your studio slot. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the preview and before publication.
Payment is arranged directly with the studio by invoice. An enquiry does not reserve a slot, place an order or take payment. We provide the applicable booking and cancellation terms with your proposal.

Two consolidated rounds of refinements to the agreed design are included before launch. A new creative direction, extra events or additional rounds are quoted before we do the extra work.
Check names, dates, addresses and RSVP settings before approving. If content or feedback arrives later than agreed, we’ll discuss a revised delivery date with you.
After you share it
Your private guest portal is included in every package. View replies, attendance, dietary notes and messages, and download your response list yourself. Small factual updates during the agreed hosting period are included; new sections, redesigns, extra events and extensions are quoted separately.
Your agreed hosting period runs from publication until 30 days after your final event as standard. We confirm the dates before you book. Extensions are available.
Every package includes an assigned customer account for replies, headcounts, dietary notes, messages and CSV downloads. We provide access when we set up your invitation. Personalised guest links and access to selected events can be agreed where needed.
